Domestic Shipments:

We ship all US orders via USPS. We offer both 'flat rate' and 'priority' shipping. We ship flat rate orders under 1lb USPS First Class and all flat rate orders over 1lb Priority mail. First Class packages will generally arrive between 1-5 days of shipment. Although this is not guaranteed, we have found it to be reliably within this window. Please allow 7 days before contacting us about a missing package if you selected 'flat rate' shipping.

We ship 'priority' orders with USPS Priority Service which should arrive in 1-3 days. USPS does not guarantee this, but does prioritize it over First Class, so it will travel faster and is more likely to arrive in a shorter amount of time. Please allow 4 days before contacting us about missing packages if you selected 'priority' shipping.

Canada/Mexico:

We offer a flat rate shipping to Canada and Mexico. We ship USPS which is then transferred to the National Post Service of Mexico or Canada Post. You may have to pay your county's duty tax at your local Post Office to acquire your package. We are not responsible for, nor can we predict, additional fees charged by your customs. Please check with your local Customs Office to obtain info on local taxes, fees, and duties.

Please allow 15-30 days for delivery.

Outside USA, Canada, Mexico:

UPDATE: We have halted shipping to Australia and Europe at this time. We do not know when we will resume. If you are still interested in ordering, please email us for a quote. We are likely still able to ship (via a different carrier than USPS for AU), but there will be a higher shipping cost than previously. Thank you for understanding.

All other international orders will be sent with United States Postal Service. There may not be tracking information available between the package leaving the US and arriving at your local post. Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery at the border. Any taxes, duties and customs fees into any country outside of US are the responsibility of you (the customer). Please check your local Customs Office to get the information for your Country.

Please allow 5-15 days for delivery.
If something goes awry and your order does not arrive please let us know within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for or track and trace any missing orders if we have not been contacted within this time.
