You may return any product, with the exception of sale or discounted items, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed ie. in mint condition. All original packaging and labelling must be returned also. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
To return an item, please include the returned goods and a note telling us what you would like us to do with contact info (unless we have already spoken to you). Please make sure you make the package secure as we can’t accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Our packages are made to be used twice so feel free to use those again!
All return shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer).

If you wish to exchange a garment, please email us as soon as possible to reserve another one! You will be responsible for return shipping charges, but we will pay to ship the new product back to you.
