You may return or exchange any product, with the exception of sale or hand dyed/limited edition items, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed ie. in mint condition. All original packaging must be returned also. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
To return or exchange an item, please include the returned goods and a note telling us if you would like a refund or exchange (and what you'd like to exchange for), your order number, and contact info (unless we have already spoken to you). Please make sure the package is secure as we can’t accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Our shipping envelopes are made to be used twice so feel free to use those again!
All return shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer). In the case of an exchange we will pay to ship the new product back to you.
